All services provided are strictly based on the information and documents submitted by the client.

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete details required for processing their requests.

Any delay caused by incomplete information, incorrect details, or late document submission from the client will not be the responsibility of the business.

Full payment or agreed part payment must be made before work begins.

No work will commence until payment has been confirmed.

Payments made cover service processing, time, professional effort, and administrative expenses.

Processing timelines may vary depending on the nature of the service and government agency procedures.

Estimated timelines communicated to clients are not absolute guarantees, especially in cases involving portal issues, verification delays, system maintenance, or regulatory reviews.

Clients will be updated appropriately where necessary.

Payments made are generally non refundable once processing has started.

However, where a refund is approved under special consideration, a 15% deduction will be removed from the total amount paid to cover administrative and service charges.

Refund requests will not be accepted after substantial work has been carried out on the client’s request.

Clients must carefully review all submitted details before approval.

The business will not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.

Any correction arising from client mistakes may attract additional charges.

Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication at all times.

Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior may lead to termination of service without refund.

All client information and documents shared will be treated with confidentiality and used strictly for service purposes.

Client information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties except where required for official processing.

The business is not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues caused by government agencies, technical system failures, policy changes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
